Alex has been practicing the art of Jiu Jitsu for more than 27 years and owned his own gym for 8 years. Needless to say, Alex is a coach. He has recently stepped away from owning a Jiu Jitsu gym to lead/coach men in ending burnout and enjoying holistic health.
